This site is dedicated to diets. A distinguishing feature of the site is that here there is not only description of diets and articles about overweight, here there are diets I have approved and the results. Weekly results

Conclusions - unfavourable - all the last week the weight was decreasing, but in revival I have afforded a late family dinner and the weight has increased again. It is insulting. Now it is at the level of Wensday of the last week. Continuing  not eating after 6 p.m., I wish also to try to eat according to a food pyramid, and next week I'm going to aerobics.

Morning

It's strange but in the morning I wasn't hungry, I was thirsty. The result is not so stunning as it is when keeping to American astronaut's diet, but I achieved it easier. Today I had 198,1 lbs. Keeping to American astronaut's diet I lost 2,2 lbs every day, I'm inclined to think that this limitation is just a prelude to a real diet.

Do not eat after 6 hours

Today I measured my weight - it was 198,8 lbs (90,2 kg). And I decided to start my way with not eating after 6, it was hard, really, I looked at my husband, who was eating salad at 7 p.m., and I realised that i got ravenous, but I stood this test, and I'm proud of myself, I know that later it will be simplier. 11 years ago I began my rehabilitation after cardio disease and hormonal treatment with this method.
